Our farm is open to the public certain days of the year and space is limited. Tour dates and tickets are below.
If you are unable to purchase your tickets online, please make a reservation and you may purchase your tickets at the farm the day of the event. If you do not purchase a ticket, or make a reservation, we are unable to guarantee your visit.
If you have a large party request (school or summer camp group), please let us know and we will be happy to
accommodate you.

Make your Reservation
If you are unable to purchase your tickets online, you may make a reservation to purchase them at the farm the day of the event. Please choose from the dates listed above and make your reservation at least 24 hours before the event. If you do not make a reservation, or purchase tickets online, we cannot guarantee your ticket.

Rate: $10 (3yrs and under are FREE)
Duration: 1 hour
Highlights: We'll include a short educational session on alpacas, and everyone will get a chance to feed the animals, ask questions, and take photos.
Location: Sugg Plantation & Alpaca Farm (377 Germany Cove Rd. Waynesville, NC).
Directions: From US-276 Jonathan Creek Rd., turn onto Hemphill Rd. Take a left onto Germany Cove Rd. Sugg Plantation is 0.4 miles on the left. When you turn into the driveway, parking for the alpaca field is directly on the right.
Distance from Maggie Valley, NC: Approximately 5 miles
Restrooms: No
What to Bring: Covered-toed shoes are best. Wear clothing appropriate for weather conditions and active farm site. Bug spray.
No Dogs or other animals are permitted. No Smoking.
Refunds: Please note: Preparation goes into our farm visits. If you are unable to make your visit, please contact us asap. You are more than welcome to reschedule at least 4 hrs PRIOR to the event. No-shows will be charged full price.
In the event of dangerous weather, we will reschedule our farm visit for another day. (Please check our Facebook page for cancellations). Ticket holders will have the option to receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees), or reschedule your visit for another day.
